Any purchases made are governed by the following Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

    Representation of Products

    1. All items are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
    2. All items listed on our website are brand new and in stock.
    3. As far as possible and to the best of our efforts, we try to avoid and minimise any misrepresentation of information in our products. Hence, amendments made to the description or visual representation of the products may be made at any time without any prior notice.
    4. Our products are handmade and thus, there will be slight variations in each product. In particular, lines, white or black dots and etc. that are seen on natural pearls and semi precious stones are not considered defects. Please make your purchase only when you are comfortable with it.

      Return & Exchange Policy

      1. Please note that all products are non-refundable.
      2. In particular, earrings are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
      3. Any request for exchange due to reason of unsuitability is not acceptable and will not be entertained.
      4. All products are checked with caution before they are packed and mailed out. As such, exchanges or reparation are valid only if the product delivered to you is incorrect or defective (upon our assessment) provided the following:
        • (a) The product was purchased directly from us with proof of purchase.
        • (b)The incorrect or alleged defective product is made known to us within 7 days after the purchase date ("7 days notification period").
        • (c) The incorrect or alleged defective product is mailed back to us within 10 days (business and non-business days included) from the date of notifying us that the product is incorrect or defective ("10 days return period").

        • (b) Product Details
        • (c) Reasons for Return
        • (d) Clear Photographs and a Video of the Incorrect/Defective Product (for verification purposes)
        • (e) Mailing Name and Address
      6. Should the incorrect or alleged defective product not reach the return address (provided to you upon contacting us) within 10 days (business and non-business days included) from the date of notifying us, it will be deemed that you accept the incorrect product for the purchase; in the case of the alleged defective product, that all material, workmanship and delivery fees will be borne by you
      7. After notifying us, please do not wear the product that you are to send back to us as we will not be liable for damage caused to the product due to your wearing.
      8. Please note that we are not obliged to send chasers and reminders to you when handling your Return or Exchange orders as to notifying you on the 7 days period of notification
      9. In the event that the product is out of stock, refunds may be made via Bank transfer/PayNow/PayLah. We will contact you prior to making the refunds.
      10. Please note that additional postage charges will be incurred by you when you send your product to us for exchange. To the exception of paragraph 6, return postage for the correct or exchanged item will be incurred by us.
      11. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange/returns based on assessment of the product shown to us.

      Modes of Delivery

      1. All orders are handled & dispatched by SingPost or Qxpress.
      2. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost mails, especially for non-tracking and non-registered mails. As such, it is recommended that you opt for tracked or registered mail such as Qxpress.
      3. For tracked and registered mails, the tracking numbers will be sent to you once the product(s) has/have been mailed out. Do note that SingPost and Qxpress may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

        • SingPost Tracked Mail (3-5 working days) at SGD$4.50. Tracking number will be provided.
      • Door Delivery
        • Qoo10 Delivery (2-3 working days) at SGD$5.00.
      b) International (Registered Mail)
      • Zone 1 (Malaysia & Brunei) - SGD$10.00
      • Zone 2 (Most of Asia and Pacific) - SGD$15.00
      • Zone 3 (Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and Rest of the World) - SGD$20.00
